The Chairman and Founder of AG Power Systems and ELTAS Transformers is Ahmet Güre. Ahmet has built an incredible company that manufactures the highest quality transformers, sacrificing many sleepiness nights.
Ahmet has literally transformed the transformer market with his own hands. All his efforts and sacrifices, has turned ELTAS into today’s top-of-the-line transformer manufacturer, growing more each day into global markets. The quality is recognized through many well know companies today. Ahmet is an avid reader of books.
Bilge Güre
Chief Executive Officer
Bilge is AG Power Systems CEO. Throughout her career she has had a vast amount of experience in planning, purchasing, foreign sales, marketing, and business development positions.
Bilge studied at the at the Ege University, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Then received an MBA in Business Administration at the Istanbul Bilgi University. Bilge’s priority is to follow the strategic roadmap for which has been created in accordance with “EU Green Deal Action Plan” for a sustainable tomorrow.
Bender Aydin
Chief Operating Officer
The COO position belongs to Bender Aydin. Bender is the facilitator of AG Power Systems and created the business here in Houston, Texas in 2021.
With degrees in General Management, Computer Science, and International Business, he possesses a wealth of knowledge to help lead AG Power Systems into the next phase of transformer distribution. Bender has a long history of working in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industries. This experience has led him the opportunity to open a US business to take advantage of the current market. A structured team and guidelines have made this dream, a reality. In his free time, Bender enjoys playing tennis.
